Tom Blackburn

A founding partner of Blackburn & Green, Tom Blackburn graduated with honors from Indiana University (BS Business cum laude, 1974) and Indiana University School of Law (JD cum laude, 1977). He is admitted to practice law before all State Courts of Indiana and the U.S. District Courts, Northern and Southern Districts, United States Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States of America

Tom Blackburn has been practicing law since 1977. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Formerly, Tom was a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, general practitioner and a Partner in a law firm limiting his practice exclusively to insurance defense law. Tom has limited his practice exclusively to personal injury law since 1985.
